Students who request that Tom teaches at their homes but who live further than 5miles from Tom's house (via most direct route) are charged at a higher rate to compensate the travelling time and costs for a return journey. If clients live farther away than the 5 mile radius, or not in Brentwood/Basildon, then lesson prices are negotiable; or the recommendation of having lessons at Tom's house is made.
Accompanying
Accompanying fees are normally negotiated with the ensembles Tom accompanies. Broadly speaking, Tom accompanies for around £30 per hour.
When it comes to accompanying exams:
Rehearsals are charged at tuition rates. Students can have as many as they choose but RM recommends two at the very least. On top of the rehearsal fee, Tom charges £8.00 per examined piece (usually this is two, occasionally three).
Accompanying for concerts is a negotiable fee but it should be in the region of £200 per concert (rehearsals before concert day are charged at £35 per hour).

Church Services are charged at £75.00 per service.
Funeral/Memorial services are charged at £115.00 per service.
Weddings are charged at £165.00 per service plus a returnable "late-arrival" deposit.

Musical Directorships
Taking a Musical Directorship role, whether temporary or permanent, is done so with fees set by the committee of the relevant choral ensemble but, as a ball park figure, Tom expects to receive around £75.00 to take a 2hr rehearsal.
